• AAHA CERTIFICATION

  All Pets Animal Hospital has been an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1992.  AAHA is an organization which fosters professionalism and excellence among small-animal practitioners in all phases of hospital operations.  To maintain our member status, we are regularly evaluated by AAHA's trained consultants. All Pets Animal Hospital is the only accredited AAHA hospital in the Bentonville, Bella Vista area and one of only 12 accredited in the state of Arkansas. You can be assured that we are a complete-care animal hospital for cats, dogs, birds and small exotic animals.  We offer all the medical services you would expect from an accredited, progressive animal hospital - plus a few that may be new to you.

• ACUTE MEDICAL CARE

  When sudden or serious medical issues arise, we want to be there for you and your pet.  We are fully equipped to handle most cases on-site.  Should your pet experience a medical emergency after-hours, we confidently refer you to the Animal Emergency Clinic located in Springdale, AR.  They can be reached at 479-927-0007.

• BATHING/GROOMING

  Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special, cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor – your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. Services may also include nail trim and ear cleaning.

• BEHAVIORAL ADVICE AND COUNSELING

  Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. Our staff is trained in identifying the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then developing a treatment regimen for the client. Besides medication, behavioral problems may be corrected with gentle, humane products and training techniques designed to curb unwanted habits.

• BIRDS, REPTILES, RABBITS AND SMALL MAMMALS

  Veterinary medicine for birds, ferrets, snakes, guinea pigs and other exotic pets is growing as the popularity of these animals increase. With better public education in health, nutritional and environmental management, all species have a greater chance for living longer and healthier lives. Our veterinarians possess experience in the care and treatments of exotics.  This little mouse, "Tiny", came to see us about a skin problem.

• BOARDING

  Pets are like our children – we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can't be there. We provide tender loving care (such as brushing and cuddling), and supervised outdoor playtime to keep them happy and active. We like to send each pet home clean, dry and pampered a little bit so they look forward to coming back!  (Sometimes, even little hedgehogs need a home away from home!)

• COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND VACCINATION

  We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: Comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; and specialized blood tests for all life stages.

• DENTAL CARE

  Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasonic scaling to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth,  tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity.  Here, Jodi performs a dental treatment as Dr. Campbell waits to inspect the oral cavity.

• DROP-OFF APPOINTMENTS

  A popular scheduling option for many clients is to take advantage of our drop-off appointments.  Our veterinarians will see to your pet's medical needs while you're at work or running errands.  We can communicate our findings by phone, with a report card sent home with your pet, or in person when you come in to take your pet home.

• FLEA AND TICK CONTROL PROGRAMS

  We offer only the most effective products in veterinary medicine to help you control ticks and fleas in your environment and on your pet.  Our trained staff will help you decide which treatment is best for you.

• FULLY STOCKED PHARMACY

  We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.  Most prescriptions can be filled on-site.  We also offer flavored medications for pets who don't like to take their medicine!

• HEARTWORM TESTING AND PROTECTION

  In northwest Arkansas, heartworms are a year-round threat.  We strongly recommend annual heartworm tests, and FDA-approved preventative available only from your veterinarian.

• HOSPICE/EUTHANASIA SERVICES

  Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.

• HOSPITALIZATION

  All of our critical care and post-surgical patients are closely monitored in a heated recovery ward directly across from the Nurse's Station.  Vital signs are regularly evaluated and oxygen is immediately available if necessary.

  Our veterinarians and nurses respond to scheduled house calls if you are unable to bring your pet to the clinic.

• INTERNAL MEDICINE

  We cover all areas of internal medicine, including: Cardiology; Ophthalmology; Neurology; Dermatology; Gastroenterology; Oncology; Endocrinology; among others.

• NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING

  Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet (and sometimes nutritional supplements) for your pet,  to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.  FYI - Kierka, this beautiful Mastiff, tips the scales at a healthy 107 pounds!

• PAIN CONTROL AND TREATMENT

  Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.  Pre-and post surgical pain medication is our standard of care, as with this kitten's declaw.  There are also medications available for chronic painful conditions such as arthritis that your pet may benefit from.

  We offer an interesting variety of useful and fun products for your pet.  We offer Hill's Science Diet and Hill's Prescription Diet dog and cat food as well as gourmet treats, leashes, collars, doggie toothpaste, grooming tools, Kong chew toys, and more!

• PUPPY AND KITTEN OWNER EDUCATION

  We take great pleasure in treating pets from their earliest visit.  Owning a new puppy or kitten is a big responsibility.  We enjoy helping you understand all your pet's needs with informative hand-outs, videos, and gifts for your new pet.  Our trained nurses are always happy to answer any questions you have.  Melissa and Amy are happy to show off their new puppy, Crumpet.

• RADIOLOGY

  Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular(cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems.  The nursing staff is careful to make the experience as stress-free as possible for their patients.

• REFERRALS

  On occasion, referrals to veterinary specialists may be advisable.  We have access to veterinary oncologists, dermatologists, opthamologists, and specialized surgeons.

• SENIOR WELLNESS PROGRAM

  One of the most rewarding programs we offer are the screenings we provide for our senior pets.  After age 7, (that's 50 in human years) we recommend many of the same medical tests your human doctor suggests:  ECG, blood pressure, glaucoma screening, blood and urine cultures, and a thyroid test.  When degenerative diseases are detected early, your pet can enjoy the senior years in greater health and comfort.  Here, Ria soothes a "senior" while Heather administers a painless glaucoma test.

• SPAY AND NEUTER SURGERY

  While these surgical procedures may be considered "routine", we don't consider any surgery "simple".  We use the same standard of care (pre-anesthetic testing, sterile surgical field, monitored anesthesia, etc.) as with any other surgical procedure.

• SURGERY

  We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include: fully trained veterinary and technical staff, to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet; advanced sterilization techniques; ECG and oxygen saturation monitors; full pre-anesthetic blood screening; and attentive post-surgical nursing care and pain management.   Here, Dr. Campbell performs  surgery to remove eight bladder stones from a Schnauzer.
